So for the past five hours I've been trying to crack the code (literally and figuratively). Some even said it was because the SDK and FSK Service Packs didn't match. I researched to find a cause some people said it had to do with the dll.xml file some said it had to do with a folder path mismatch. I first noticed this when the "Tools" tab in the Menu Bar did not show up. but a myriad of problems took me off guard.
